Quality Training for QC in Thanh Hoa factory In December 2022

Training courses for QA and QC staffs are usually held at factory, with the aim of bringing them the newest update in techniques and knowledge.

Recently, we have trained our QC staffs in Thanh Hoa factory where we mainly process bluestone products such as steps/stairs, palisades, slabs...

The training course was about total quality management in production, the regular defects on Blue stone products and how to prevent those.

To start the course, we had the discussion about quality control from the raw material. QC staffs need to classify material base on the strictly requirements for exported products. At this stage, cracked, stained and color-faded profiles of material will be eliminated right from the quarry.

Following the aim of the course, we discussed about the current quality supervising process at factory and raised solutions for improvement. Each QC staff had to practice to use necessary tools for determining defects on products. Some regular defects on blue stone products are big tolerance in angles and dimensions, broken edges, black veins on the scraped surfaces, etc.

Last but not least, improving quality of packages is one of our highest concerns. We have frequently received requirements and feedback on packaging from customers. With our industrial experience, we made our high standard for packaging. We instruct our staffs strictly the way to put the product in crate/pallet, to add rope and foam for product protection, to make sure the package is firm. More than that, we control loading process to avoid damage in transportation and give convenience for unloading workers.
