Besides the regular training sessions, we also succeeded in organizing a special training course to updating the new innovations related to our company’s range of products in the regional production and display at Qui Nhon. During that time, our experts have shared a lot about the quality standards and characteristics of each range product. Moreover, we have also analyzed the features of each geographical region, climate... that have a strong influence and impact on natural stone. For example, the inspection of small difficult cracks to detect, the uniform of product color... Thereby, we can give out our advice on the selection of each stone type, quarry, range product with the most suitable treatment methods and effectiveness. More importantly, we also discussed about the valuable feedback from customers to deeply understand what experiences that they had faced in order to improve and have better quality products. We are very delighted and appreciate the comments and concerns of our customers so that we can evolving develop more and more the best products in terms of quality and service.
